🔩 Screw Puzzle: Nut & Bolt Sort

Metal plates pinned together by coloured screws. Unscrew them in the right order and the plates come apart. Unscrew them in the wrong order and you lock a plate in place for the rest of the level.

🎮 How to Play

Read the stack: a plate comes free only when every screw holding it is gone, and screws under another plate can't be reached until that plate lifts
Watch your boxes: you have a small number of collection slots, and each one locks to a colour the moment you drop the first screw of that colour into it
Commit to a colour and finish it: fill every slot with a different colour and you have nowhere to put the next screw, which ends the level even when the board was fine
Tap to unscrew: release the bolts one at a time and watch the board come apart

🏆 What separates good players

Most losses come from the collection boxes, not the plate stack. Before you tap a screw whose colour has no box open yet, check whether you can collect all of that colour currently within reach. If you can't, opening a slot for it strands the slot.
